Our Story
At College Soccer Specialist (CSS), our story began with a personal experience. Growing up in the UK, our founder, Cameron Saul, faced the challenge of having no clear pathway to combine soccer with education after high school. Now based in Australia, he sees the same struggle for talented young players here—graduating with limited options to pursue their passion while continuing their studies. CSS was founded to change that. We guide players and their families toward U.S. college scholarships, creating opportunities for athletes to excel both on the field and in the classroom. We are dedicated to opening doors and shaping brighter futures.

Founder & Director
Cameron Saul, founder of College Soccer Specialist (CSS), is a former professional footballer whose journey highlights the transformative power of combining soccer and education. Growing up in England, Cameron was a talented young player but faced limited options after high school. A scholarship to play college soccer in the U.S. changed his life, allowing him to grow as a player, earn a degree, and open doors both on and off the field.
After graduation, his development through college soccer led to a professional career with clubs in the U.S., Ireland, and Greece, including Greenville Triumph SC, Finn Harps, Zakynthos, and Episkopi. These experiences inspired him to create CSS to help young players access the same life-changing opportunities.
Now based in Melbourne, Australia, Cameron is committed to guiding the next generation of athletes and their families, sharing his firsthand experience to help them achieve their goals. With Cameron, parents and players can trust they’re working with someone who truly understands the pathway and is passionate about paving the way for others.
